Harry Scheidegger's Collection

This is a very cool collection, comprised of all lefties. The X220CL is listed in the eBay section, and Harry saw it there, and as the new owner, submitted pics of it, as well as his other Carvins.

And first up is the X200CL.  The eBay seller listed it as a '92 model,
but note that it has the headstock and logo of a '93 model.  Since the X220 officially ended production in late 1992, this may be one of the last ones ever made, since it has the features of a '93.  Additionally, like all of Harry's Carvins, it's a left-handed model, which in itself is reasonably rare.  Other features of this model include pearl blue finish, black chrome plated hardware, and left-handed original Floyd Rose tremolo.

Below is Harry's first Carvin, a 1991 Ultra V which he scored on eBay.  It's in great condition, and has stealthy "all-black" color scheme that was popular on Carvins pointies in the late 1980's and early 1990's.

Next is Harry's 2001 DC135TL, which was another eBay purchase.  It has a maple neck with swamp ash body sides, and a beautiful figured walnut top and headstock.  Other features include gold hardware and Wilkinson tremolo.

Below is Harry's latest addition, an eBay score in the spring of 2006.  This is a 1993 DC400TL, finished in cherry sunburst on flamed maple.  It has a tung-oiled neck, abalone block inlays on ebony, gold hardware and a Wilkinson tremolo.  Electronics consist of active M22T and M22V pickups.
